When buying the card, how long could I get the card code ?

You'll receive immediately the card code in normal conditions and no later than 24 working hours.

How can I get the card code ?

You'll receive the card code on our website.

Do I need to register the account before buying the card ?

You don't need to register the account before buying the card, but we encourage our customers to register account before buying the card to enjoy more benefits.

Can I return the card if I buy the wrong card ?

You can't return if you buy the wrong card. The wrong cards code of the customer still have the normal value of using.

How can I review the transactions of their card code ?

Please access "TRACKING" page to review the card information that you have bought.

What type of cards do we accept online payment ?

You can use ATM cards or account via Internet banking to make online payment:

ATM cards: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, VIB, HDBank, SHB

Account via Internet Banking: DongA Bank, Techcombank, Tienphongbank, SHB

Do you need to register online function for card with bank ?

To make online payments, you must register online services at bank counter.

Vietcombank: register Internet Banking and SMS Banking services.

DongA Bank: register services including banks transfer/ Internet Banking/ SMS Banking

VietinBank: register online payment service.

VIB: register the VIB4U service

HDBank: register SMS/Vasco Token Key service and banks transfer on eBanking.

Techcombank: register F@ss- ibank service

Tienphongbank: register Internet banking service

SHB: register Internet Banking and Authentication Service.

Why was my payment rejected ?

There are many reasons for failed transaction such as:

Not register register online services at bank for online payment.

Insufficient fund for payment (daily or monthly) incorrect card number

You should contact Issuer bank (Phone number displayed on the back of card) to help you solve this.

What is OTP ?

OTP means One Time Password to make online payment via Internet. OTP is sent to your mobile by bank. You can also get OTP from Tocken Key equipment.

In some cases, we will do refund for you. How long you can get this fund ?

We send you confirmation by email . You will receive a refund within 07 days.

You don’t receive any result on the screen, what do you do ?

After completing the payment steps, within 30 seconds if you don’t receive any result on the screen. Please contact us to get the result.. You should not make further transactions to avoid being charged a second time
